What about patient privacy?
We work only on your public marketing pages, the ones anyone can see without logging in. We never access patient information, records, scheduling, intake forms or your patient portal, and we add no ad pixels or tracking to your booking, contact or intake pages. If you ever wanted our help inside those systems, we would sign a business associate agreement with you first.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. Most of the work happens on the site you already have and your Google Business Profile. If a page needs more than a fix, we'll show you the options and you decide.
What does AI search setup cost?
$750 for the first 3 clients, paid in full (2 of 3 spots left). Then $1,250, or 2 payments of $750. Then $1,500, or 3 payments of $600. Payment plans are available when we host your site. Website maintenance is optional: $100 a month, $90 a month with a 6-month prepay, or $80 a month with a 12-month prepay. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. The site check is free.
What's your guarantee?
Our 30-day launch guarantee: if your setup isn't launched within 30 days of your start date, you get a full refund of your setup fee. Your start date is the day we have your payment, your signed agreement and your onboarding items. The clock pauses while we're waiting on you, or on Google, your host, your domain company or events outside anyone's control (those outside pauses count for up to 30 days in total), and we'll always tell you in writing what we're waiting on. The guarantee covers AI search setup; new website builds get their own launch date in your written scope. Full terms are in your client agreement.
